"A Passion for Horses"

A Passion for Horses - 60 mins  (AV required)

The level of enthusiasm was as it always is - high.   The horserace was a huge success...people cheering on their "selection" as if it might change the course of events.  Lots of fun!   The "race" not an essential element - Alternately the main slide show is expanded.

A combination of AV slide show, video and a horserace**!
The story of our relationship with horse from prehistory to the present, depicted through works of art, with great stories about the art, the subject, the artist or the context in which it was painted.  A wild and informative ride.

**The horserace. Can be run with or without betting.

Please note...a prize or prizes required for winners!  I recommend the facility offer a "voucher" for some service they usually charge for, such as inviting a guest to lunch.
The HORSERACE  - the race selected might vary.  It always is of a famous event with a "star" horse.  The intro tells the story of the "star" and if there is betting, it is on who came second.   Betting cards with a loan of sufficient pens for the audience to mark their selection are provided.   Some assistance needed to both handout and collect cards before the race is "run".
